Who We Are And What We Do...
Beachfront Properties was started in November, 2001 with one property
and the desire to restore beautiful Saint Louis City homes. We quickly
developed a reputation for quality renovations of historical housing
in neighborhoods such as Shaw, Benton Park and Benton Park West
and McKinley Heights. Working in cooperation with local aldermen
and the City Of Saint Louis, we strive to preserve the historical
integrity, detail, and personality of a home while updating the
living spaces in order to meet the demands of today's modern living
needs. Today, our efforts include the renovation of residential
single-family, townhome and loft projects. In May of 2005, we received
one of the Landmarks Association Of Saint Louis' annual Eleven
Most Enhanced Buildings awards for the ambitious renovation
of the former Saint Agnes Catholic school into Saint Agnes Lofts.
With a new project beginning every six weeks, sales for this year
are expected to top 2.5 million dollars.
