Beachfront Is Moving!

Beachfront Properties is excited to show off our new office space at 3259 California Avenue. The former South Side Wallpaper & Paint Company closed it's door in 1974 and went through several incarnations (including a denture company!) until purchased by Beachfront Properties. The 5500 sq. ft. building sits on the corner of California Ave. and Utah Ave. in Benton Park West and will house two apartments in addition to our office space and warehouse. The office space features such architectural highlights as original pine flooring, a stunning three-story atrium with a large skylight, a spiral staircase leading to the third floor and more. This renovation should be completed by late March.


1901 Lofts... Coming Soon.

We are pleased to announce the beginning of our newest renovation project, the 1901 Loft development at 1901 Utah, located just across from Cherokee Park and close to I-55 in the Benton Park neighborhood. This 10,000 sq. ft. corner building will contain 9 loft condominiums in a variety of floor plans, sizes, and styles. 1-and 2-story units will be available with floor plans varying from 750 to 1600 sq. ft. Several units will be finished in a more traditional style that is consistent with the historical character of the building, while others will have a more contemporary feel including exposed ductwork and exposed brick walls. Saint Agnes Lofts honored by the Landmarks Association.

The Saint Agnes Lofts development, located in the old Saint Agnes parish school on Sidney Street in the historic Benton Park neighborhood, was honored by the Landmarks Association Of Saint Louis and the city's development community on May 16 with the receipt of one of Landmark's annual Eleven Most Improved Buildings awards. Each May, during Historic Preservation Week, Landmarks recognizes some of the champions of the preservation movement in Saint Louis. In evaluating the honorees, the jury looked first at the quality of the renovation and then selected the best citywide examples of renovation projects featuring buildings of different ages, styles, and uses. We are honored that Landmarks and the Saint Louis development community have chosen to recognize our work with this prestigious award, and we would like to thank Roth Contracting and Fendler + Associates, Inc. for all of their dedication and hard work that was instrumental in bringing this project to fruition!
